  Great service. Was greeted as we entered and farewelled as we left. Breakfast was AMAZING! Really enjoyed the atmosphere!

  Very slow service. Waited 40 mins for food and it was not at all cooked well. Raw pancakes, poached eggs completely cooked through.

  Terrible service. We were greeted with a frown and staff who openly admitted they couldn't wait to leave. All tables covered in dishes with noone sitting there. None collected for an hour. Finally kitchen staff appeared. Were yelling through restaurant as they cleaned, swept amd scraped chairs on floor. It was as if we were invisible. Told by 2 different staff members 2 very different closing times. Do they not know?

  Nice looking venue. Very limited range of beer could only get Asahi in bottle form, long wait times for food.

  I was very disappointed of the service. Ten of us walked into the cafe, hoping to get some coffees and teas, when the staff member stood behind the counter waiting for us to order , before escorting us to a table. This was our first time here and we were not aware of how the place operated. When I asked her if there was any seating available, she rudely commented, "I don't know, I haven't been in the eating area today!" What kind of a response was that..... RUDE and UNWELCOMING!! We decided not to stay and as we left, the staff member rudely said "thank you very much!!" What for?....the service was non existent. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. A zero rating would be a more accurate rating of today's experience!!
