  I've never had a good experience here. Staff are rude, never hopefull, shake head, roll there eyes. You ask anything and they answer like it's all too hard. Not once lve got grilled fish that lve wanted. There's always an excuse. Grills down or it's busy period and there only doing fried food. Last time l was there, l asked for a bag to put food in to take back to car. The guy whinged that the food is fresh and it will go all yucky in a bag. What the hell was l meant to do when l was holding my son and my friend with me was holding her baby.

  The best fish and chips I've ever had! Also their potato cakes can't be compared to other ones. Friendly staff even in busy times. I really enjoyed my lunch with fresh cooked food.

  OWNER ASSAULTED MY HUSBAND IN FRONT OF MY BABY! After spending $30.00 for food my husband went back to ask for ketchup and asked why he had to pay a surcharge when he already bought so much food. The owner literally cussed and pushed my husband out of the store. When I came up to him and asked him to calm down he put his fist up to me and I had my 6 month old baby in my arms! Walking back by the store his staff gave me a card and said they didn't think his behavior was right. Agree with earlier post, fish is not so good. Chips were dry.
