  The staff were rude, unwelcoming and made it feel like, it was really hard work to have to serve us. We were not greeted, no manners and in general no customer service skills.

  We witnessed a milk shake being made and not enough mixed to fill the cup. They then poured milk out of the container to top it up. They don't stock soy milk - what cafe in this day and age, choose to not cater for all food allergies types?

  The signs in the cafe are offensive the black board read outside "ferals seating out front" I can only assume they mean tourists = ferals.
