  after having her rant. I continued to soap my car only to find that when I wanted to rinse the soap off the employee had shut off the pressure washer which caused the soap to quickly dry all over my car as it was a 35 degree day. And I was unable to rinse the soap off.

  I will be contacting the owner of the business after I speak to my lawyer. I also informed the car wash attendant that I will be taking matters further. I will be suing the company for damages to my vehicle as I now have to send the car to a Detailer to correct the imperfections on my car. And also the fact that the business technically stole my money by ripping me off.

  The woman working on the premises, was trying to force me to wash my $200000.00 MERCEDES AMG the way she wanted me too.

  After informing the attendant I was taking matters further. she was forcefully getting in my personal space while trying to take photos of my car and calling me an idiot and stupid. which I did not want her doing. After a few attempts of her trying to take photos I told the attendant that if she continues to try and take photos that I will contact the police as I have a right to refuse someone taking photos if I see them doing so...

  She failed to understand that some people don't want to use harsh degreasers and course brush on the paint work of there car. She failed to acknowledge that people have there own way / system If washing there cars. She was criticising me and calling me an idiot for the way I choose to wash my car that I paid for.

  After a small dispute. She then turned the system back on. Then after depositing another $4.00 in the machine I noticed that she was purposely lowering my time from her control unit in her office. Hence ripping me off even more.
