  The breakfast was very ordinary. The cooked food was cold and the selection was poor. Unfortunately this turned us off wanting to have dinner at the resort.

  Nice and quiet place to wind down. Cabins are well equipped and clean and homely. Location is perfect. The facilities provided are by far some of the best around. Nice pools and health club facilities and plenty barbecues around the resort.

  At a unit not that doesn't seem to be owned by the Ramada. Over well used and not as clean as should be expected. Appliances showing age. BBQ sufficiently damaged enough to be considered dangerous (IMO). The flames of one burner are directed back to the control knob. We have left the unit in cleaner & better condition than when we arrived.

  Staff were very friendly, but, it's not enough for us to want to stay at a Ramada Resort again.

  We enjoyed the spacious self-contained units and the scenery. It has the feel of a cabin in the bush without being too rugged. Close to Phillip Island locations and main street shopping. Bathrooms are small but functional. Wildlife was a bit loud at night and early morning but I guess that adds to the charm. If you have hay fever, don't go here in the Spring.

  The resort facilities were great, however, the room we stayed in was in major need of a renovation. The quality of the room was well below what we expected for a resort. The cleanliness was poor. There was still oil in one of the pans and lots of the utensils were missing.

  This property is listed as a resort but in actual fact is more of a holiday park. I booked a studio spa room but when I turned up all the accommodation was cabins. Nowhere did it say this would be in a cabin! If i had wanted a cabin i would have booked a cabin. I would not stay here again or recommend it to singles/couples however it would be suitable for families. The native setting is lovely but the dead trees & abundant weeds need some attention. The native wildlife was lovely but the birds made an absolute mess of my car each night which made extra work for me on holidays. No shelf in shower is a pain. Unable to lock wire doors so if you go out the cabin is locked up to heat up & you couldn't sleep at night with wire doors unlocked.

  The general maintenance around the resort was not great. The decks needed a good sanding and painting.
